The purpose of this role is to work as part of the Supported Housing for Youth Team to provide care and support for young people who have experienced homelessness to complete a program & pathway to secure & stable accommodation. Full-time, 2 years fixed-term contract.

To support people who are or have experienced homelessness to engage in the campaigning, media, research and fundraising work and to plan/co-ordinate campaigns to inform public opinion and influence public policy in relation to homelessness. Full-time, permanent role.
