Eden Social Care is recruiting passionate Social Care Workers and Support Workers to join our residential centre in Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a new trauma-informed care service dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of young people.

Social Care Workers (Full-time & Part-time)
Support Workers (Part-time & Relief)

About the Role (Social Care Worker):

You will:

• Deliver direct care and support to young people
• Foster therapeutic relationships in a safe, nurturing environment
• Participate in care planning, key working, and household duties
• Uphold the highest standards in safeguarding and care practice
• Help shape the development of our growing service

Essential Requirements – Social Care Worker:

• Level 7+ qualification in Social Care, or relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Nursing)
• CORU registration or eligibility (evidence required)
• Full, clean manual driving licence (valid in Ireland)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of HIQA standards
• Essential Requirements – Support Worker:
• Level 5+ qualification in Social Care or related discipline
• Full, clean manual driving licence (valid in Ireland)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HIQA standards
