We are seeking a Programme Support Officer to contribute to our innovative, community-led development programmes in Ethiopia & Eritrea. Involves provision of program support to grant management processes, procurement coordination, and programme administration.

A crucial role by providing NET support to English and Arabic speaking persons experiencing symptoms of post-traumatic stress. Clients will be identified and services will be provided according to NET approach and ensuring the highest level of care for individuals in need.

This position based in Ireland contributes to fundraising efforts, facilitates the implementation of IFRC's Preparedness for Effective Response (PER) process, coordinates with domestic preparedness, response & recovery actors, manages disaster-related projects & responses.

This position ensures alignment with IRC policies, Red Cross Red Crescent Movement Mental Health and Psycho-Social Support Hub recommendations & contributes to the achievement of Irish Red Cross desired mental health & wellbeing outcomes in its 2025-2030 Strategy.
