The National Guide to Pay and Benefits in Community, Voluntary and Charitable Organisations presents information on the state of pay and benefits in the nonprofit sector in Ireland. There have been reports produced in 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022, with the 2024 edition being the sixth such report.
The report provides a detailed insight into the pay and benefits arrangements prevailing in the community, voluntary and charity sector. The survey additionally examines some key employment metrics, including absence and turnover rates and spend on training within the sector.
It is produced by The Wheel and funded by Community Foundation Ireland.
The Wheel is seeking tenders for a researcher to deliver the National Guide to Pay and Benefits in Community, Voluntary and Charitable Organisations 2024 together with a range of associated HR Supports to the community and voluntary sector.
