Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team to deliver a high standard of care to people who use substances in keeping with Sankalpa's mission and core aims and objectives
  • Have a solid understanding of the role of the CE Supervisor/Project worker
  • Assist Participants in a care & case management model. e.g. assessment, keywork, care plan/review exit plan/aftercare etc
  • Assisting participants to progress towards their goals including education and employment Record KPI and outcome data using HRB Link, Outcome star, Tops and ILP
  • Engage in self-care supports such as supervision group & one-one, EAP programme
  • Essential The Applicant should have a solid understanding of the role of the Community Employment Supervisor as it pertains to project worker, problematic substance use and programme delivery to participants in substance use recovery;
  • Minimum of 3 years Paid work in addiction settings
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the range of programmes and courses available to unemployed and vulnerable adults;
  • Be familiar with the DSP Referral procedures for CE participants for the effective implementation of the CE Programme in line with the CE Procedures Manual.
  • Have an overview of the National Drug Strategy - Reducing the Harm, supporting Recovery 2017 – 2025, and the role of CE in supporting participants in addiction recovery.
  • Group facilitation and workshop development (Minimum 2 years’ Experience)
  • Excellent local knowledge of Finglas & Cabra

Salary: Please review CE supervisor Rates 4 points, Start point 1 unless transfer from another CE supervisor post.
