Purpose of the role: 

To support jobseekers with a health issue, injury, illness or disability towards employment by providing one to one guidance; to engage with businesses to match jobseekers to job opportunities and support both employer and employee in sustaining employment.

JOB SUMMARY

• A qualification in Coaching, Adult Guidance, Youth Work or similar would be an advantage,
• Role is based across Dublin 7 Head Office and locations in Dublin North. Hybrid working model
• Travel required, driving licence beneficial
• Starting salary €35,000- €38,295 FTE, depending on experience, Full time 35 hrs per week,
• Experience working in the Disability or Community sector or Recruitment is an advantage,
• Good knowledge of issues and concerns for employers around diversity and inclusion,
• Competent user of MS Excel, Teams, SharePoint and CRM.
