Purpose of the role: 

To support young jobseekers with a disability towards employment by providing person- centred supports and creating progression pathways. Engage with businesses to match jobseekers to job opportunities and support employer and employee in sustaining employment.

JOB SUMMARY

• A qualification in guidance, youth work or equivalent is desirable
• Role is based in Dublin 7 Head Office on a Hybrid working model
• Driving licence would be useful. Programme is initially focused on the Dublin region
• Contract Type: Permanent subject to funding, part-time 21 hours.
• Starting salary €35,000- €38,295 FTE depending on experience. pro rata as per contracted hours
• Excellent empathy, interpersonal skills, highly motivated and enthusiastic about helping participants to realise their potential
• Proactively working with BITCI colleagues involved in Employment, Education and Social Inclusion programmes to ensure the best outcomes for jobseekers and businesses
• Competent user of MS Excel, Teams, SharePoint and CRM.
