Intensive Case Managers in Sligo & Leitrim

1 x Four Day Working Week Post, 32 hours per week

1x Three Day Working Week Post, 20 hours per week

To work as a part of a supportive, multi-disciplinary team delivering a high-quality Housing First service in the Northwest of Ireland. Office will be based in Sligo Town for service delivery throughout counties Sligo & Leitrim.

The successful candidates will be offered a fix term contract of employment for 32 hours per week or 20 hours per week. Scheduled between Monday – Friday 9-5. Salaries included in the job description. Please indicate preferred contract hours in a cover letter.

Successful applicants will have:

• Minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care, or equivalent relevant qualification
• Relevant experience working with marginalised groups and vulnerable adults.
• Access to own care and a full driving licence.
