Childcare Manager Position

Cairdeas Community Childcare is a purpose built service in Kinnegad. We are committed to the provision of high quality care and education for the children in our local community. We cater for up to 100 children per day.

Cairdeas Community Childcare is recruiting for a Centre Manager. The position will take into account a good work/life balance. It is a permanent position and can be part time (approx. 30 hours). Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Requirements:

• Experience in Management, HR and Financial Planning
• Ability to lead and motivate a team through support, guidance and mentoring.
• Ability to build professional relationships with colleagues, children and families.
• Ability to self-motivate and meet targets and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, must be fluent in English.
• Full, clean drivers licence.

Desirable:

• QQI Level 8 Qualification in Early Years Education
• Experience in the Early Years Sector
