ActionAid Ireland is seeking a passionate, dynamic, caring and creative full-time Retention Manager (Interim) to join our team on a 1 year fixed-term contract.

We are looking for a dynamic leader to help deliver high quality retention campaigns and supporter care to our growing volume of supporters.

As Retention Manager you will be a key leader within ActionAid Ireland’s Fundraising Team and responsible for driving and overseeing the delivery of our retention fundraising activities, including direct mail appeals, tax effective giving and telemarketing appeals. You will also support the organisation with the development of our Mid/Major stewardship, as well as supporting in the development of an alternative Child Sponsorship product and its scope and implementation into market.

This role requires someone with experience in direct marketing, supporter journeys and tax effective giving and who has excellent attention to detail, planning and communication skills.

Please note: This is a full-time role offered on a 1-year fixed term contract The salary band for this role is €48,000-€55,0000 depending on experience. ActionAid Ireland also have a range of work-life balance policies including Hybrid and Flexible working.
