Project Coordinator (full-time)
In Sync Youth & Family Services are recruiting for a full-time Project Coordinator to lead our dynamic therapeutic FAIM Team. FAIM are the Family Assessment & Intervention Model, who carry out child welfare assessments on behalf of Tusla, the Child and Family Agency. We also offer targeted, time limited, evidenced based psychoeducational family supports to parents and young people who are living in Kildare/ West Wicklow.
This is a Tusla funded Service and the successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to deliver child welfare assessments and plan time-limited therapeutic interventions with parents and children/ young people. The Project Coordinator will oversee the work of the project which may include; brief intervention, child welfare assessment and support work, as well as group-based interventions.
The Project Coordinator will report to the Director of Therapeutic Services. The successful candidate will also form part of the In Sync Development Team, who work together to deliver our strategic goals.
In Sync are looking for a dynamic and experienced candidate with a recognised third-level qualification in one of the following:
- Social Work
- Social Care
- Youth / Community Work
- Early Childhood Care & Education
- Education
- Or related discipline e.g. Nursing, Psychology, Early Years Education etc.
This position also requires that the successful candidate will have a full clean driving licence and will be required to travel as part of their work. Although it is not essential, it would be desirable that the Candidate has experience or knowledge of;
- Domestic Violence
- Signs Of Safety
- Parenting Courses
- Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES)
