Clúid Housing’s Legal Department are inviting submissions from suitable solicitors firms for the provision of full legal services (property, banking and construction) for an intended acquisition by Clúid of a large turnkey development in Dublin city. This transaction requires professional indemnity of approximately EUR68m.
