Tusla is inviting Expressions of Interest from potential host organisations to provide a national governance structure for the Community Families programme.

Provision of a National Governance Structure to host and oversee the delivery and development of the Community Families programme

Tusla, on behalf of the National Community Families Oversight and Support Group (NOSG), wish to identify a suitable organisation that will host and oversee the delivery and development of the Community Families programme.

The role will include:

• Hosting and managing a support structure of Coordination, Administration and Research / Data Support
• Working with the National Oversight and Support Group (NOSG) to ensure national integration, alignment with policy, and service delivery priorities
• Ensuring quality assurance, interagency working and complementarity of the model, in line with developing needs, policy and practice
• Provision of support to existing and expansion sites in their delivery of the programme, monitoring and supporting quality practice, and fidelity to the model
• Supporting the roll out and implementation of the programme to new sites on a national basis
• Supporting national and local training for Home Visitors and Coordinators including continuous professional development, reflective practice, communities of practice, and professional support and supervision
• Overseeing the Community Families Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, hosting the national data collection system and undertaking data analysis to meet the needs of all key stakeholders
• Managing the Community Families website and disseminating information to promote awareness of the programme at national and local level
• Commissioning / supporting relevant evaluations of the programme
