StartBright Early Learning Centres wish to invite you to tender to conduct an evaluation of the StartBright Way and StartBright as a model of best practice.

StartBright is a registered charity (CHY19199) that provides excellent early childhood education and school - aged childcare to over 460 children and their families across seven centres based in Clondalkin, Lucan & Tallaght. We have a staff team of 80+ professional employees with head office leadership supports in operations and delivering on strategy. 

StartBright ELC is seeking an appropriately qualified individual to undertake an independent evaluation of the StartBright Way in delivering high quality services and determine the organsiation as a model of best practice.

In particular the evaluator’s primary goal will be to:

1. Assess service delivery effectiveness:
2. Identify challenges and opportunities
3. Develop recommendations to design a model of social impact measurement which delivers evidence in South West Dublin of:
