Men’s Development Network: MEND Manager, Operations Manager & Service Delivery Manager
As the Men’s Development Network’s (MDN) begins to plan for its next 5-year Strategic plan a fantastic opportunity is now available to be part of a growing and innovative organisation. Three significant positions that will play a major role in the future development of the organisation are now open for applications.
MEND Manager
35hrs (ref: MDN/MM/24/12)
The post is offered on full time basis subject to the continuing availability of funding and the capacity of the company to continue to win funding contracts, grant agreements, and service level agreements. Working with the CEO and the organisational support team the post will have direct responsibility for the management and operations of our MEND programme ent programmes. Project management skills in planning and implementation are crucial to support the rollout of programmes.
Reporting to the CEO the MEND Manager will become a critical part of the senior management team and support the implementation of the organisations next 5-year strategic plan. They will have a knowledge and experience of working with pertrators of domestic abuse An understanding of community development practice and its application in a national context. They should have strong staff and operational management skills and an understanding of critical issues effecting men today.
Operations Manager
35hrs (ref: MDN/OM/24/12)
The post is offered on full time basis subject to the continuing availability of funding and the capacity of the company to continue to win funding contracts, grant agreements, and service level agreements. Working with the CEO and the organisational support team the post will have direct responsibility for the management and all operations within the organisation. Project management skills in planning and organisational skills are crucial to support the rollout of programmes.
Reporting to the CEO the Operation Manager will become a critical part of the senior management team and support the implementation of the organisations next 5-year strategic plan. They will have a knowledge and experience of managing key operatons and corporate govenance of the third sector. They should have strong staff and operational management skills and an understanding of critical issues effecting NGO’s today.
Service Delivery Manager

The post is offered on full time basis subject to the continuing availability of funding and the capacity of the company to continue to win funding contracts, grant agreements, and service level agreements. Working with the CEO and the organisational support team the post will have direct responsibility for the implementation service delivery structures ensuring quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation and reporting systems. Project management skills in planning and implementation are crucial to support the rollout of this role
