Intensive Case Managers in Donegal

2 x Four Day Working Week Posts Available

To work as a part of a supportive, multi-disciplinary team delivering a high-quality Housing First service in the Northwest of Ireland. Office will be based in Letterkenny for service delivery throughout county Donegal.

The successful candidates will be offered a fix term contract of employment for 27.5 hours per week. Scheduled between Monday – Friday 9-5. Salary included in the job description.

Successful applicants will have:

• Minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care, or equivalent relevant qualification
• Relevant experience working with marginalised groups and vulnerable adults.
• Access to own care and a full driving licence.
