Dublin South City Partnership CLG on behalf of the Dublin City Community Local Area Employment Services (DCCLAES) is inviting applications to apply for a role as Employer Engagement Officer.

The DCCLAES is a consortium partnership between Liffey Partnership CLG and Dublin South City Partnership (DSCP) CLG to deliver the Local Area Employment Service on contract from the Department of Social Protection. Our mission is to provide the highest quality local area employment service, empowering individuals and communities experiencing poverty and unemployment in Dublin City.

DCCLAES is seeking applications from candidates with a background working with employers to provide recruitment solutions. Candidates should possess the skillset to engage with micro businesses, SME’s or large multi-national employers operating throughout Dublin, and who can provide employment opportunities to those most distanced from the labour market in line with the requirements of this employment service contract.

As well as the required background and experience, candidates should be able to demonstrate a genuine desire to make a difference and contribute to improving the lives of clients and the communities in which they live.
