We are currently accepting applications from newly graduated and experienced Social Care Workers who are eager to advance their careers with a reputable and supportive service. The successful candidate will work within the residential service for adults, playing a key role in helping service users achieve their long- and short-term goals through day-to-day engagement, keyworking, and a person-centred approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality care to service users in a residential setting.
- Working closely with individuals to support their personal goals and development.
- Implementing a person-centred approach in all interactions.
- Engaging in keyworking duties to ensure service users' needs are met.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery.
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- Experience in a disability service is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility regarding working hours, including weekends, days, evenings, waking nights, and sleepover shifts.
- A full, clean driver’s license is required.
- Access to your own transport and willingness to drive company cars.
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality service and supporting individuals in achieving their goals.
