Deputy Residential Services Manager

Location: Kingsriver Community Holdings Ltd.

Reports to: Community Development Manager

Accountable to: Chief Operating Officer

Salary: Competitive.

Due to expansion of our residential Services, we are recruiting for a Deputy Residential Services Manager.

Are you caring, hard-working and passionate about supporting people to get the most out of life? If so then we are looking for you to join our team as a Deputy Residential Services Manager on a full time permanent basis.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Level 7/8 degree in Social Care
• Possess full clean driving license
• Knowledge of Person-centered Planning
• Excellent report writing and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of HIQA
• Demonstrate initiative, good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• High degree of flexibility in responding to service need
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work on own initiative.
