PERSONAL & HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT REQUIRED

PRIMARY LOCATION: BALLINTEER, DUBLIN 16

IMMEDIATE HIRE!

I am a Masters degree graduate and an electric wheelchair user. I require assistance in all aspects of my daily life, personally and professionally. I am an outgoing male with a physical disability progressing my career in the media industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assistance with personal care needs (non-medical) to include showering, dressing, meal prep, etc.
• Assistance with all aspects of daily life – supporting me to live independently.
• Assistance with professional work – Computer Skills essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of verbal and written English.
• Be able to respond to new circumstances, if, and when required
• Ability to take direction.

Qualifications/skills required:

• An understanding of the philosophy of Independent Living.
• Full Drivers Licence essential

Additional Info

• Full-time Monday to Friday (8 hour day)
• Garda Vetting required.
• Training provided.
• Working directly with me.
• An interest in film/television/media production is desirable but not essential.

Pay

1. Salary range €22 per hour - €25 per hour
