Salary: Point 8 €46,817
Hours: 35 hours

The Role:
The Project Co Ordinator Primary Healthcare for Travellers working under the direction of the SICAP Deputy Social Inclusion Manager will be responsible for the implementation of a programme of targeted health education and promotion work supporting a team of Primary Healthcare for Travellers Project Workers. (PHCTP)
The Person:
The Project Co Ordinator Primary Healthcare for Travellers will work to support the PHCTP team to deliver peer led health education, health promotion, advice and support to empower Travellers to manage wider social determinants of their own health and wellbeing and to promote positive collective health outcomes. The work is underpinned by collaborative community development approaches to addressing health inequalities and promoting the right to health for Travellers.
The candidate will have experience in the design and delivery of programmes, have an ability work with a range of statutory, community and voluntary stakeholders and hold excellent ICT, communication and report writing skills including financial reporting.
