Therapeutic Hub Co-ordinator 
(part-time 15 hours weekly)

Bagenalstown Family Resource Centre is seeking an experienced Therapeutic Hub Co-ordinator to lead, coordinate, develop and expand an effective and self-sustaining service providing Counselling/therapies to clients. To provide support to our team of counsellors/therapists. To plan and implement the FRC National Framework for therapeutic services. To be responsible for the intake of potential new clients and assessment as to their suitability for counselling/therapies within Bagenalstown FRC. Be responsible for the placement of clients with counsellors/therapies, liaising with referrers and other external agencies. Be one of the first points of contact for our clients and to this affect you must be informed on the nature of work and the services offered by Bagenalstown FRC. Close liaison with the Director of Services will be an integral part of the work. The service provided will contribute to the overall vision of Bagenalstown FRC.

The successful candidate will be an accredited and experienced counsellor/psychotherapist. They will comply with the ethical standards of the Centre and their accrediting body. The successful candidate will have excellent assessment and report writing skills. They will adhere to company policy with regards to confidentiality and will require excellent communication skills and sound judgement.
