Laois Domestic Abuse Service is an NGO and registered charity which provides advocacy, support, information, group programmes, court support and counselling services to women and children subjected to domestic abuse and coercive control in County Laois.

Laois Domestic Abuse Service is currently recruiting for the following position:

Schools Education Worker (28 hours)

The focus of the post is on the delivery of early intervention and education programmes for young people in schools regarding healthy and unhealthy relationships, domestic abuse and exploitation.
The role also includes the development of resource material, CPD workshops for teachers in Laois, and supporting schools to develop and implement domestic abuse policies.
