Cork Kerry Community Healthcare (CKCH) are seeking 4 permanent whole-time social care workers to join our Disability Services Team in St. Raphael’s Centre, Youghal, Cork

Are you seeking an opportunity to work on a multi-disciplinary team to improve the lives of people with a disability? If so, we have an exceptional opportunity for you.

CKCH Disability Services at St Raphaels Centre are continuing to enhance the services we provide for the supported individuals. You will work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team to enhance the support we provide to the individuals to identify and achieve their social care goals. This is an opportunity for you to use your education, your training and your skills to contribute to the enhanced quality of life, community integration and development of services we provide to meet the needs of the people living in the service.
