About Us:

Mayo Traveller Movement (MTM) is an independent organisation dedicated to achieving equality and social justice for Travellers in County Mayo. We are looking to recruit a Project Manager to help develop and drive our new project.

As the Project Manager, your role will involve establishing and recruiting for a Primary Health Care Project for the Traveller community, securing funding, and collaborating with others to address discrimination and advocate for equality. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and contribute to an organisation dedicated to improving our community.

We are looking for someone with senior leadership skills and experience to establish and develop the project from the ground up. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in community development, social justice, or health promotion along with proven organisational and leadership skills. Has a passion for equality and understands the Traveller community. Please see attached for the full job description.

Please note: access to a car is essential as the role involves regular travel.
