Reporting To: People Operations Specialist / Governance & Policy Officer
Location: Hybrid role - WFH with requirement to attend Dublin 2 Office
Start date: Immediately
Contract duration: 1-year fixed-term contract
Remuneration: €30,000 gross per annum
Probationary Period: 3 months

The spunout Governance & People Graduate Programme offers a dynamic opportunity for a recent graduate to immerse themselves in the core functions of HR and Governance within our organisation. Candidates will have a recent qualification in human resources, law, policy, business or related fields. The ideal candidate for the programme is a motivated individual with strong communication and organisational skills, who thrives in dynamic environments. They possess a keen interest in both HR and governance, demonstrating an ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Additionally, they are proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to meaningful initiatives within a non-profit setting.
