Local Training Initiative (LTI) Assistant Coordinator

We are seeking to recruit an Assistant LTI Coordinator to provide a high-quality support and training service to the learners on our Building Futures LTI programme. Building Futures is an innovative training and development initiative aimed at people who are long-term unemployed. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with the right mix of skills, knowledge, insight and experience to join our Training team based at the INOU’s Learning Hub at 88 – 90 Townsend Street, Dublin 2.

The successful candidate will assist in the delivery and development of this key programme. Duties include delivering programmes leading to QQI awards; assisting in the recruitment of programme participants; acting in a support role to learners; identifying and sourcing internships/work placements for learners and developing training materials/modules.
