Solis GMC is an Irish based child care company. Our Services are operated by a family-run management team. Our goal is to invest in our young people, staff and indigenous communities to create better futures.

Solis GMC Children’s Services is founded on the principle of providing a solution focused care to young people aged 13 to 17 years.

Solis GMC in partnership with our sister company Solis MMC Children’s Services has been providing services across Ireland since 2005 with an established track record for quality and innovation. With a strong emphasis on providing excellence in care through the recruitment of talented individuals, the organisation has earned an increasingly glowing reputation as service provider and employer of choice in the sector. Our highly trained teams provide the highest standards of care in line with the national Standards for Residential Care 2018 and our dedicated Quality Assurance Team ensure regular internal auditing of care practices.

We are opening a six-bed Rapid Access residential centre in the Limerick area which will provide respite breaks for children. We are now recruiting for the following positions.

Social Care Leader

The successful candidate will have a level 7 qualification in social care or equivalent.
Salary Scale: €40,000.00 - €45,000.00

Social Care Worker

The successful candidate will have a level 7 qualification in social care or equivalent.
Salary Scale: €36,000.00 - €39,000.00

Live Night Staff 

The successful candidate will have a level 7 qualification in social care or equivalent.
(Salary: Starting at €38,000.00 rising to €40,0000 after six months
