We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader for our Rochestown service in Dun Laoghaire!

This role is a Team Leader, Permanent, Full-Time, 39 hours contract.

Starting salary €35485.

Acquired Brain Injury Ireland provides community-based residential rehabilitation services for people living with a brain injury in Ireland.Our mission is to serve, advocate, empower and support people impacted by brain injury to rebuild their lives!

The role of the Team Leader is to work in a dual Rehabilitation Assistant and Supervising role supporting and assisting people with an acquired brain injury on every aspect of activities of daily living. They also provide a staff leadership role supporting and assisting the Local Service Manager with managerial duties and responsibilities. The Team Leader will supervise Rehabilitation Assistants and maintain strong working relationships within the team.

Qualifications:

• A relevant 3rd level qualification in the Human Services Sector e.g., Health or Social Care
• Full driving licence

Essential Criteria:

• A minimum of 2 year’s experience working in residential or community social care setting
• Must be able to write and speak English to a high standard
• IT skills that include Word and Microsoft Outlook
• Passionate & committed to work for this cause
• Management experience
• Thrives in a team working environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Can think analytically
