PEA Manager – Emergency Accommodation Lucan, Dublin

Emergency Accommodation Support Service located in Lucan, Dublin seeking a dynamic and responsible Manager to join our team.

This role would suit a hardworking, compassionate and proactive individual with an interest in up-holding our core values and ensuring a peaceful and welcoming environment for our service users and staff. The role oversees a well established service and ensures that general operations within the building are running smoothly at all times.

The Role - Key Responsibilities:

The Manager will support the General Manager in all areas of the business. They will act as a point of contact for key stakeholders and partners involved in the accommodation service.

Communication is a vital part of this role, the successful candidate should be aiming to provide strong leadership and management to the team while maintaining professional and compassionate relationships with the residents.

Other elements of the role include providing and maintaining accurate, consistent and comprehensive reports. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, procedures and systems at all times. Providing feedback to the team and residents to ensure a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere is maintained.

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Experience and knowledge of current emergency accommodation services.
  • Experience in a management role in an accommodation setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to motivate, inspire and collaborate with the team.
  • Excellent record keeping and report writing skills.
  • QQI level 5/6 qualification in a relevant area is desirable but not essential.
