Foróige is the National Youth Development Organisation, which promotes and fosters youth development through the operation of various youth services in urban and rural areas throughout the country. Foróige is currently recruiting for the following position:

SENIOR YOUTH OFFICER

Project Summary

The development of young people as leaders is core to the work of Foróige. Foróige’s Leadership for Life programme, which sits within the wider Training, Learning and Development function of Foróige, enables young people to develop the skills and qualities necessary for them to be effective leaders, as well as challenging them to use these skills for the betterment of society.

The successful applicant will have the following essential requirements;

• Education to National Degree standard
• Demonstrated experience in partnership development and relationship management
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage youth and adult audiences.
• Significant experience of team work and collaboration on projects
• Access to car and full driving licence
