For the past three years, YMCA Dublin has successfully operated the Alternative Suspension (AS) service from our Aungier Street hub, partnering with schools across Dublin 2, 6W, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, and 18. As part of our strategic goal to extend our reach, we wish to launch a Mobile Alternative Suspension Unit to bring the service directly to communities where we aim to establish new hubs.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to lead the delivery of our innovative Alternative Suspension service. This role offers the opportunity to bring life-changing support directly to young people. With a focus on empowering students aged 10-18, you will facilitate engaging, structured interventions that address behavioural challenges, all while promoting resilience and future success.
