YMCA Dublin: Alternative Suspension Coordinator
For the past three years, YMCA Dublin has successfully operated the Alternative Suspension (AS) service from our Aungier Street hub, partnering with schools across Dublin 2, 6W, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, and 18. As part of our strategic goal to extend our reach, we wish to launch a Mobile Alternative Suspension Unit to bring the service directly to communities where we aim to establish new hubs.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to lead the delivery of our innovative Alternative Suspension service. This role offers the opportunity to bring life-changing support directly to young people. With a focus on empowering students aged 10-18, you will facilitate engaging, structured interventions that address behavioural challenges, all while promoting resilience and future success. Working with us means being part of a dynamic team that thrives on creating inclusive pathways, opening doors to opportunities, and positively transforming the lives of the communities we serve. Your leadership will ensure the Mobile Alternative Suspension Service continues to inspire change where it is needed most.
