Eala ÓG Childcare is recruiting for a Project Leader.

This position is for up to 8 Months for Maternity Cover, starting Janurary 2025.

Part Time hours 8.30/1.30.

You will report directly to the Board of Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum QQI level 6 or 7 in an accredited Early Years qualification.
• Experience in Childcare Management.
• Office experience
• The ability to lead and motivate a team through support, guidance and mentoring.
• The ability to build professional relationships with colleagues, children and families.
• The ability to self-motivate and meet targets and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Communication skills, must be fluent in English.
• Strong knowledge of the Aistear Curriculum Framework and Siolta Quality Standards.
• Knowledge of play based, child led, emergent curriculum along with the ability to respond to children’s individual interests and document learning.
• Ability to ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment for children so that they may learn and develop to their potential.
• Ability to ensure all Policies and Procedures, Legislation and Statutory guidelines are being fully implemented, monitored and adhered to (Tusla, DCEDIY, HSE, DES).
• Ability to use Early Years platforms and portals (Hive, NCS, Tusla).
• Be dedicated to raising standards in early years and knowledge of Governance.
