SMC Children Services are currently recruiting for Social Care Workers in Clonmel. Our fantastic centre in this area provides residential accommodation for Separated Children Seeking International Protection, and we ensure that these children are afforded the highest quality of Care.

Upon application for this post the applicant must have a minimum of a level 7 qualification in Social Care or another relevant equivalent.

The following relevant equivalent qualifications must be at a minimum of a level 7:

• Social Care
• Social Work
• Teaching (Not TEFL)
• Psychology
• Nursing
• Youth and Community
• Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy
• Addiction Counselling
• Social Science
• Family Support
• Applied Behavioural Analysis
• BA in Applied Policing or equivalent

SALARY: €35,000 + sleep ins (if required). *Shift patterns may vary*
