Regional Residential Services Management Role Available

Location: Southwest Region, Ireland

Compass Child and Family Services is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering children, adolescents, and their families to strengthen their individual and collective well-being. Guided by the principles of the continental European Model of Social Pedagogy, we focus on family-strengthening interventions in both community-based and out-of-home care settings.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Regional Residential Services Manager to lead our out-of-home care services in the Southwest region of Ireland. Qualifications and Experience:

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Third-Level Qualification at NFQ Level 7 or higher in social sciences, social care, social studies, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years of experience in a social care role, with specific experience in Children's Residential Services.
• Demonstrable leadership skills with proven experience in staff management, policy implementation, and service development.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and services within a busy, regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of legislation, policy, and best practices in children's residential care and out-of-home care settings.
