Hybrid working arrangements with a requirement to be in either Belfast or Dublin office two days per week

Full time – 36 hours per week
Salary: €35,909 per annum if based in ROI / £29,250 per annum in based in NI

The Role

Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for a Donor Marketing Executive to join our Fundraising team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing Oxfam Ireland supporters with the best experience possible, encouraging donor retention to maximise lifetime value and engagement whilst consistently putting our donors at the heart of everything we do.

To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:

• Fundraising Direct Marketing experience
• Donor Care experience
• Data Management & CRM experience
• Project management
• Interest & knowledge of the international development sector is desirable
• Experience in Marketing & Media is desirable
