Clúid Housing’s Property Services Division are inviting tenders for remediation/building works to a first floor level upper Duplex unit, over two storeys, three bedrooms, circa 90m2, with an enclosed rear garden, two balconies and limited parking. Works consists of a full refurbishment of the unit, including cleaning, replacing windows, internal/external doors, kitchen, plumbing, electrics, and other repairs (as detailed in the tender documents)
