Job Purpose: Team Leaders report into the Service Manager and are responsible for the day-to-day operations and key working case management of the Youth Services.

Social Care Intern – Men’s High Support Services

Contract Details: 1-Year Fixed Term Contract, 20-30 hours on average per week.
Location: Galway City
Salary €13.50 per hour

Job Purpose: The Social Care Intern will work as part of a staff team gaining a full understanding of working in a social care setting, supporting vulnerable clients. They will act as a full member of the team, gaining practical experience to support their ongoing education, by supporting clients to develop independent living skills and social connections in the community and in turn facilitating the practical application of academic/formal learning.
