We are committed to an exciting programme of development and expansion within Choice Services in the Republic of Ireland and we are now seeking to recruit the above role which will play an integral role in driving our agenda of positive change.

Applicants must have:

• Must be able to demonstrate experience in the delivery of general building maintenance and general grounds maintenance and working at height.
• Experience in carrying out general building and grounds maintenance works e.g. painting and decorating, general building, grounds work, and minor plumbing.
• Able to use a PDA \ smartphone \ mobile working device.
• Good knowledge of General building and maintenance services with a minimum of 2 year's relevant experience in the minor building or maintenance sector.
• Current valid full driving licence.
• Participate in an On-Call rota to address emergency work order

Desirable Criteria

• Evidence of delivering high levels of customer service
