Full time Deputy Creche Manager

We currently have a vacancy for Deputy Creche Manager position in our centre. 

If you are interested in applying to become the Deputy Creche Manager and meet the following, we would love to hear from you: 

• Desirable qualification Level 7/8 in Early Years Education
• Minimum qualification Level 6 in Early Years Education
• Available for Full Time work - 35 hours per week – Must be Flexible 
•  Good communication skills, Motivated and a Team Leader 

Eligibility Requirements: 

• Supervisor/room leader experience 
• You must demonstrate proficient IT, HR and Finance skills
• You must have a good knowledge of all current Childcare Regulations 
• Have knowledge of NCS/ECCE/ Better Start/AIM 

Duties include: 

• Overseeing daily business operations with the Creche Manager.
•  Maintain high standards of care in the centre.
• Staff training and mentoring, being an example to staff with hands-on support. 
• Evaluating staff performance and productivity.
• Ensuring effective communications across all areas of business. 
• Liaising and maintaining good relationship with parents.
• Work closely with Creche Manager and Managing Directors.
