Newbridge Family Resource Centre are recruiting a 

Preparing for Life Mentor and Outreach Family Support Worker

The mentor will work alongside parents from pregnancy to when the child starts school.

The mentor will visit families in their homes and give support and information on child development and parenting using proven approaches to help children achieve their full potential.

The outreach family support will connect children and their caregivers living in homelessness, IPAS accommodation, or new migrant families to its programmes and supports in Newbridge FRC.

The post will be based in Newbridge Family Resource Centre.

This is a fixed term contract 35 hours a week funded by TUSLA and SICAP
