Depaul is a charity helping those who are homeless or at risk of being homeless.

Depaul are thrilled to announce two additional place on our Graduate Programme, now available in Carlow and Derry/Londonderry. This is your chance to launch your career with us in a brand-new city. Graduates on the programme will be working as a Support Worker in a Depaul Service actively contributing to our mission to end homelessness and making a positive impact on the lives of marginalised individuals and families. Training and Mentoring is provided throughout the 12 month programme.

To be eligible for this programme, applicants should be able to meet the following requirements:

• Open to final year students and recent graduates (within 1 year of graduation).
• Degree-level qualification in Social Care, Youth and Community Studies, Criminology, Social Sciences, Sociology, Psychology, or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience – student placement or voluntary experience in the Social Care sector required.
• A driving license is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to work shifts.
• Commitment to a full-time, 12-month programme starting in June 2025.
