Our Generation Youth Workers – Multiple Locations
Four posts are available, with one in each of the following locations:
- Youth Worker 1 Donegal
- Youth Worker 2 Sligo/Leitrim
- Youth Worker 3 Cavan/Monaghan
- Youth Worker 4 Louth
Locations: The position is HYBRID - working from home with (almost daily) travel to schools, community organisations, youth clubs and youth organisations
Role overview:
Suitable candidates are invited to apply for the position of Our Generation Youth Worker, The position is HYBRID - working from home with (almost daily) travel to schools, community organisations, youth clubs and youth organisations in;
Donegal, Sligo, Leitrim, Louth, Cavan and Monaghan.
The role will require a resourceful and committed individual capable of meeting ambitious targets across a large catchment. The youth worker will be delivering innovative co-designed youth work programmes addressing peace building, positive relations, well-being and positive sexual health.
About Our Generation - Investment area 3.3 Youth mental health and wellbeing
This will support additional, non-formal provision activity involving cross community and cross-border multi-partner collaborative approaches, which will lead to improved understanding of youth mental health and wellbeing issues and the sharing of best practice across the Programme Area to improve service delivery.
