Background
The Achieve Together Social Innovation Coaching and Mentoring Programme (AT+) is a Department of Rural and Community Affairs (DRCD) Initiative developed in conjunction with, and delivered by, Pobal and designed for the Community Services Programme (CSP) supported organisations utilising ESF+ funding. Funding is in place until June 2029.
The introduction of the Business Coach Co-Ordinator position is a new venture for Pobal as it is a dedicated role established to provide practical coaching, supports and guidance to Community Services Programme supported organisations.
Positioned in the Programme and Community Impact Unit, the successful candidate will be part of a team that is responsible for the development and management of a suite of support interventions for CSP supported organisations.
The available role is solely focused on the Department of Rural & Community Development Achieve Together Social Innovation Coaching and Mentoring Programme (AT+).

Selection Process
A shortlisting exercise will be employed. Eligible applications will be shortlisted according to how well the experience and skills as described by applicants match the needs of Pobal for this post.
