In this role you will work with jobseekers with a health issue, injury, illness or disability by providing one to one career guidance. You will engage with businesses to match jobseekers to job opportunities and support both employer and employee in sustaining employment.

JOB SUMMARY

  • A qualification in Coaching, Adult Guidance, Youth Work or similar would be an advantage,
  • Role is based in Dublin 7 Head Office plus satellite locations in Dublin West area. Hybrid working model,
  • Travel required, driving licence beneficial,
  • Starting salary €35,000- €41,500 FTE depending on experience, Full time 35 hrs per week,
  • Experience working in the Disability or Community sector or Recruitment is an advantage,
  • Good knowledge of issues and concerns for employers around diversity and inclusion,
  • Competent user of MS Excel, Teams, SharePoint and CRM.
