Due to the expansion of The Growing Tree Early Years and Afterschool Service We are Hiring an Early Years Educator

The Early Years Educators will support the development and delivery of the Aistear Curriculum under the ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) programme, working in a child-centred and child-led environment where the health and well-being of the child is of the upmost priority at all times.

Employer: Roscommon LEADER Partnership CLG

Location: Ballaghaderreen, The Growing Tree

Hours of Work: 20 hours per week on an ECCE contract (38 week calendar)

Annual Leave: 21 days per annum plus 3 Additional Company Allocated Leave Days on a pro-rata basis

Candidates must have the following:

• A Minimum of FETAC Level 5 acquired in Childcare or higher Experience of working within the early year’s sector
• Knowledge of the pre-school regulations Children First / Child Protection certification is desirable
• Garda Clearance and references required
