Director of Services (Client Supports) 
35hrs (ref: MDN/DOS/24/07)

The new post is offered on a 12-month full-time contract basis, subject to the continuing availability of funding and the capacity of the company to continue to win funding contracts, grant agreements, and service level agreements. The post will have direct responsibility for the management and operations of three client support programmes: MEND, Male Advice Line and Counselling.

Reporting to the CEO the Director of Services will become a critical part of the senior management team and support the implementation of the organisations 5-year strategic plan. They will have a vast knowledge of the thearputic environment with over five years practice experience. The should also have considerable experience in delivering domestic violence intervention programmes and possess strong supervision abilities in both clinical and operational settings.
