Kaizen Heath and Social Care: Social Care Leader & Deputy Social Care Manager
Kaizen Heath and Social Care is a new and exciting children's service. Kaizen’s philosophy of care is based on the ancient Japanese belief system that young people and their wider family systems can achieve slow, gradual and everyday improvements in their lives. This overarching belief allows us to promote systemic and trauma informed theories of practice in our everyday work. Our core values at Kaizen are all driven by keeping the young people at the centre of everything we do and ensuring that their voice is privileged within all decisions about their lives and how we design and deliver our services. As an ongoing commitment to our policy of co-design we have initiated an advisory board, which includes members with care experience to assist us in developing all aspects of our service
We are opening a four-bed residential centre in South Co. Louth area, and we are now recruiting for the following positions.
Social Care Leader and Deputy Social Care Manager
The successful candidates will have a level 7 qualification in social care or equivalent discipline and have the requisite experience relevant to each grade
X3 years for the DSCM Grade
X 2 years for the SCL grade
