PEER `Providing Equal Employment Routes' Project

The WALK PEER ‘Supported Transition’ programme is a pilot project funded by the Department of Education under the Dormant Accounts Fund. The project is targeted at supporting young school leavers with special educational needs with the goal of transitioning from school to mainstream further education, training, and employment.

The project is now seeking to employ a Careers & Employment Facilitator on fixed term contract terminating on 31st December 2025.

The role will be based in partner schools in county Louth.
