Solis MMC Children’s Services was established in 2005 and provides responsive, quality services to children who are assessed by the HSE / Tusla as being in need.

We are opening a four-bed residential centre in north Dublin area, and we are now recruiting for the following positions.

Person in Charge (PIC): 

The successful candidate will process a level 8 qualification (Or equivalent) in social care and have three-year management experience in a residential child care setting.
Salary Scale: Negotiable

Deputy Person in Charge (DPIC): 

The successful candidate will process a level 8 qualification (Or equivalent) in social care and have three-year practice experience in a residential child care setting.
Salary Scale: Starting at €52,000.00 rising to €55,0000 after six months
(Incremental scale under review)

Social Care Leader: 

The successful candidate will have a level 7 qualification in social care or equivalent.
Salary Scale: €40,000.00 - €45,000.00
Or €48,000.00 - €54,000.00
(Two 24-hour shifts per week)

Social Care Worker: 

The successful candidate will have a level 7 qualification in social care or equivalent.
Salary Scale: €36,000.00 - €39,000.00
Or €43,180.00 - €46,800.00
(Two 24-hour shifts per week)

Live Night Staff: 

The successful candidate will have a level 7 qualification in social care or equivalent.
(Salary: Starting at €38,000.00 rising to €40,0000 after six months
